We are expanding our line of ground meat to include 1 and 2 lb. plastic containers. We are interested in your equipment as a means to provide a tamper-resistant seal and possibly use MAP to extend product life and or discoloration.

Our containers are 4.61″ dia. and up to 6″ in height. Is it feasible to fit two packages within you envelope, so as to increase production efficiency?

We are located in SE Indiana. Also of interest in any service facilities in the USA.

Hi Jim,

I see you have a waterjet.
We are looking for a quote to cut 2 ea. 1 1/2″ thick rings using 6061.
2 @ 36″ OD x 30.65″ ID
2 @ 22.25″ OD x 19.25″ ID.

We will be machining them so a coarse cut is fine.
