Facility available as of Q4 of 2012

Faith Engineering has commissioned construction for our new future headquarters, located at N5435 on Hwy 69 (between Monroe and Monticello). See the map below.

The new facility consists of three buildings (constructed by Cleary Building Corporation) which provide approximately 27,000 square feet (ground-level), exceeding our previous floor space by 93%.

Building 1 — Machine Shop

Building 1 (also referred to as the Machine Shop) rests between Building 2 and Building 3.

The Machine Shop contains a complete arsenal of machining equipment — such as Manual and CNC controlled Mills and Lathes.

The increased space allows additions to the machining equipment, such as the ML26 Lathe and RH33 Mill.

A Lean Manufacturing layout of equipment allows us to streamline the manufacturing process, reducing production costs.

Building 2 — Fabrication & Assembly Shop

Building 2 (also referred to as the Fab/Assembly Shop) resides to the East of Building 1.

The Fabrication portion of the shop contains a welding area, the waterjet, shear & press brake operations and a downdraft polishing & grinding table used primarily for stainless steel.

The increased area used for Assembly also lends itself to a more Lean Manufacturing workflow and for more projects to be assembled concurrently.

Building 3 — Repair Shop

Building 3 (also referred to as the Repair Shop) resides to the West of Building 1.

This addition lends itself mostly to Ag and Commercial Equipment repair and other custom/unique operations.
