FEI301 Reducing Table Cutter

The FEI301 Reducing Table Cutter is the ideal industrial cutter to handle large cheese blocks which require cuts in a single direction. The pneumatically balanced harp is pulled down through the cheese by hand — with or without the use of pneumatic assistance. An actuator button (located near the harp’s handle) activates the pneumatic cutting assist. A staging and storage area is provided by the lower shelf. The unit is pneumatically powered, avoiding the use of electricity in wet environments.

Two (2) FEI602 Two-Way Cutters are located on each side of the FEI301’s table. These cutters are designed to handle small rectangular cheese blocks which require cuts in two directions. The cheese is first pulled upward through the vertical harp before being pushed forward through the horizontal harp. These harps are wire strung to produce cheese cuts that are consistent in size with clean cut surfaces.

Manufactured of 304 Stainless Steel & Food Safe plastics, designed & assembled to WDA Standards — this machine is ready for direct washdown operations.

The FEI301 uses a back fence when cutting blocks and a lower wheel guide when cutting wheels. The fence has etched measurement units for quick adjustment of the movable stop. The cheese is aligned to the stop and cut for consistent dimensions. The lower wheel guide assists the operator with centering the wheels.

The FEI602 is operated by a switch and button. The maintained two-position switch drives the vertical cylinder down to load or up to cut. The momentary push-button drives the horizontal cylinder forward to cut.
