Using our sliding-gap lathe, Larry Hummel fixtured the 48 inch diameter wheel against the center cast-iron hub — providing our true center.
The inside diameter of the hub is being opened from 2-7/8″ to 3-1/2″, allowing for a perfect pressed-fit for the new bronze bushings.
These front wheels are part of a complete tractor restoration by Scott Stamstad.
